The wine is garnet red in colour, with complex spice aroma, round flavor, spicy with a little spice, strong aroma, red fruit such as cherry, pepper, vanilla and cocoa flavor.

Roast lamb grill, Dongpo meat and Italian dishes are especially suitable.

Martellozzo-Vineyard dates back to 1899. Madalusu Manor has always been loyal to the territory represented by the brand: Venice, and the world-renowned Friuli-Venice-Julia.

Areas: Friuli-Venice-Julia; Soil structure: gravel, sandy soil, rich in minerals; Grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pignolo; Alcohol: 14.5% Vol.

Temperature-controlled leaching at 26-28 degrees for 15-20 days, stainless steel barrel fermentation until the wine is suitable for oak barrel aging, new oak barrel aging for 24 months, and then at least one year in the bottle.

Ruby ruby colour. Rich and complex aromas of red berries: blackberries, raspberries and wild strawberries, accompanied by dry cherries, spices and vanilla. Rich and delicate taste, full-bodied structure, lasting fragrance.

Fried beef fillet, roast lamb rack, cheese, Italian dishes are especially suitable.
